BOOKING CONDITIONS

Booking – A 30% deposit to be paid at time of booking. With the balance paid before or on arrival.

Cancellation Policy – 31 days prior to arrival date: Full refund less $40.00 booking fee, 30-14 days prior to arrival date: Full refund less 20% of total tariff, 14-7 days prior to arrival date: Full refund less 50% of total tariff, 7 days or less prior to arrival date: No refund applicable.

Bond –Credit card details will be kept in lieu of a substantial bond. Should there be the need, together with written notification of expenditure. A $100 fee will be charged if any damage, cutlery, crockery or glasses be missing or moved from the Villa. The details will be destroyed should no expenditure be required.

Christmas Holiday Bookings – A 30% deposit is required at time of booking.  Final payment can be made at time of check in.

Important Information regarding Bookings

Minimum stay – there is a 2 night minimum stay **except villa 19 Lalla Rookh and beachfront villa which are 3 night minimum**

Arrival and Departure Times – So as to allow time for the villas to be cleaned guests are advised that check-in time is from 2.00pm and departure time prior to 10.00am. A $50 fee will be charged for late check outs.

Extra Guests
Prices are for four people. Extra guests, $10.00 per person per night. Maximum of 8 people per villa at any time.(including children)

Linen
All prices include linen and towels.If extra linen is required it can be hired from reception. Hairdryer available in each villa.

Baby Needs
Cots and highchairs are available to hire. Please ask in advance as we have limited numbers of cots, high chairs and stair guards.

Parking – Parking is limited and restricted to two cars per villa. Additonal cars to find alternative parking.

Pets – Sorry, but we are unable to accommodate pets.

Noise -We are a family friendly resort. Therefore, after 10pm guests are asked to keep their noise down.  Any visiting guests (not inhouse) must vacate the premises by 11pm.

Boat Moorings- Are available but must be booked in advance. A $100.00 fee will apply per mooring for a duration of up to 1 week.

Babysitting - Is available on request. Enquire at reception.

Cleaning - As there is limited time for cleaning between guests checking out and the next ones checking in, please endeavour to leave the villa as you found it. If extra cleaning is required an additional charge of $100 will be incurred.

Villa contents - all cutlery, crockery, glassware, bedware must be left in the villas.  If anything is found broken or missing, or in other Villas a fee will be charged to your credit card.

Leavers Week - sorry but we do not accommodate Leavers at our resort.
