Easter (4 night minimum) - Long Weekends (3 night minimum) Christmas School Holidays (17th Dec - 31st Jan) High Season Rates School Holidays minimum 5 nights, except July holidays minimum 3 nights
Christmas/January Holidays minimum 7 nights.
Leeuwin Weekend minimum 3 night stay High season rates
Prices based on four guests. Extra guest $10.00 per night.. No charge for Children under 12 years old. Once the booking is confirmed in writing, no discount will be given if you wish to shorten you visit.
Linen: All prices include sheets and towels. Extra linen is available for hire from reception
Baby Cots, High Chairs and Stair Guards are *available for hire.

For group bookings 2 or more villas at a time, a $50 bond per villa is payable on arrival to cover the movement and recovery of items misplaced.
Guests are advised that check out time is by 10am and check-in time is from 2pm.
A deposit is required to be paid at time of booking.
Balance to be paid ON Arrival.
Credit card details will be held for 24 hours after departure should there be any damage, loss, destruction or extra cleaning needed in your villa, your credit card will be charged accordingly.
$40.00 Cancellation Fee on all bookings
Between 30 and 14 days notice a cancellation fee equal to 20% of total tariff applies
Between 14 and 7 days notice a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total tariff applies
Cancellations made 7 days or less full payment required.
Tariffs do not attract GST.
Pets: Sorry, we do not allow pets.
Leavers: Sorry we do not allow any Leavers, with or without parents. If any Leavers related accommodation is booked, the full payment will be forfeited at time of check in and you will be asked to leave.
